We are committed to maintaining high core values of business integrity, honesty transparency and ethical business conduct in all business dealings. Our Anti-Corruption Policy aims at requiring employees of the Group and customers and suppliers etc., who deal with the Group to comply with any applicable laws, rules and regulations relating to Anti-bribery and corruption.
All employees are prohibited from soliciting, accepting, or offering advantages from or to Third Parties having business dealings of any kind with the Group. Any cases of serious violations by the concerned party will be subject to appropriate disciplinary action or referral to law enforcement agencies for investigation.
